What is Incubus Live Bootlegs?

Incubus Live Bootlegs is a way for the band to give fans access to over 100 Incubus shows and over 1,000 live songs! New bootlegs will be posted right here, on the first Tuesday of every Month.

Fans have two options for membership —

  1. Lifetime Membership for $79.99 grants access to download every single Incubus show that will be available through Live Bootlegs (so far, this will include almost all shows on the “If Not Now, When?” Tour and the 2012 Civic Tour with Linkin Park). Lifetime Members have access to download individual songs as well as full shows, so Lifetime Members can easily make collections of their favorite live tracks.
  2. Monthly Membership gives fans access with a recurring monthly fee of $5.99. Monthly Members can download the 4-5 shows posted within the month of their active membership.

Nonmembers can purchase shows too. The store has full shows available for purchase by non-members for $12.99 each.

Full shows are available for download in 320 kbps MP3, FLAC or Apple Lossless.

I’d like to join the Monthly Membership, but how do I know which shows are included?

We’ll update these FAQs with the shows included in the current month. As a special bonus through the end of July, all Monthly Members will have access to 10 shows! Members will have access to download the following five shows immediately:

  1. 6/14/11 London
  2. 6/17/11 Berlin
  3. 6/18/11 Scheesel (Hurricane Festival)
  4. 6/19/11 Neuhausen (Southside)
  5. 7/15/11 Santa Barbara.

Lifetime Members and Monthly Members who join in July will also have access to these five shows, coming up next:

  1. 7/16/11 San Diego
  2. 7/23/11 Kuala Lumpur
  3. 7/26/11 Jakarta
  4. 7/28/11 Manila
  5. 7/30/11 Niigata

How do I stop monthly rebilling on my Monthly Membership?

Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each term. Please note that only the initial credit card you used to purchase will be re-billed for your membership. You will not need to input your credit card information again. If your card expires, or you need to use a different card in the future, you will need to re-purchase your membership with your new card. If you decide to cancel your membership, you may do this at any time by disabling automatic re-billing on your receipt. Once you click Disable Rebilling, your receipt will show: Auto-Renew – OFF. What shows are part of Incubus Live Bootlegs?

So far, almost all shows on the “If Not Now, When?” Tour and the 2012 Civic Tour with Linkin Park. We’re saying “almost all” just because they are not all mixed yet, and its possible there may be a show excluded here and there. So far we’ve got shows from June 14, 2011 through August 28, 2011 all ready to go. If you want to speed up the launch of a particular show that interests you, we’ll let you determine the order of the next 25 shows. Vote on which shows we mix next!

I’m trying to download individual songs but it says I need to be a Lifetime Member. What does this mean?

Only Lifetime Members can search and download individual tracks as part of membership. Monthly Members and Nonmembers can purchase entire shows.

I ordered the Lifetime Membership but I’d like to cancel it. Is this possible?

Lifetime Membership is non-refundable as you’ve already paid up front for access for the entire term.

I see a song on the setlist that isn’t available for download. How can I get it?

Unfortunately, due to technical issues or time constraints, there may be a few songs on the setlist that went unrecorded, and are thus unavailable for download.
